I have a question about shield block rate. Is it normal 80% block rate from tank classes ?
Archer vs tank hit for 0 damage almost always. Just asking why ?
Maybe i do somthing wrong ?

Use False

Here locking handles Rate

shieldperfectblock is always for 0 damage
