Server in lan off line

hi I have an bit problem not start game pc login ok but not start game,
1 pc ip 192.168.0.2 in this pc installated server l2 ipconfig.xml setting 192.168.0.2 gameserver setting on 127.0.0.1
2 pc ip 192.168.0.3 here client freya host file setting at login 192.168.0.2
used cable cross not route and firewall are disable
login is ok but stop in screen confirm for start game in screen server name
if start game in pc 1 game work and start correct only in pc 2 = game file not start
