Hey guys.
I have a little problem trying to get my server playing on the network.
For me it's working realy well, all perfect.
Im using a router and i opened all ports that are needed and i made a verification of this.
When my friend log in, he can log in to the login server but when he trie's to get in the game, he cant.
The server say's its on, with light traffic but he cant log in.
what is the problem?

if you can log in but he can't then you probably haven't forwarded something right.
loginserver - 2106, game - 7777 (unless you've changed it in config)

But i port forwarded this port, and 3306, and 9014, and 7777, and 2106.
I checked all if are open in the site: canyouseeme.org
And it succeed all of them.
You have any other suggestions?
In his L2.INI file, what port should have been wrriten there?
We tried all of them but non work.

l2.ini does not have to be modified for ports, as far as I know you can't even change the port there (there is one setting but it doesn't affect anything).
3306 is for mysql and you don't need to forward it unless you have a website connecting to your database.
9014 is internal for connection between loginserver and gameserver, no need to forward if both are on the same pc.

Do you have any messages in loginserver console? like "wrong protocol version"? Are you connecting with a clean and updated client?

Yes , me and my friend are connecting from clean, updated client, same system, same download.
There is no "Protocol error" or anything , its just not wroking. all forwarded good. :X its realy sux..

I try to find ipconfig.xml.
Where is it ? :X

ipconfig.xml is only in Freya revisions. For epilogue you must use loginserver.properties and server.properties files

Not working
He gave me screen shot, and its not showing any error..
He can create character and login, but when he get to the gamesever choice, its just not working.
like its stuck.
PLEASE HELP.

Have you opened the gameserver router port? When your friends are on the server's choice panel, they receive the message "Your protocol is different"?

Im not sure if it says the Protocol Version is different, beacause i try to get from him a screenshot, and he kinda in trouble with it, but we have the exactly same version of L2 Epilogue.
Anyway , when I started my first server it was Gracia Final [I had no idea what im doing ] and I made it to play on Gracia Epilogue. [Not properly, but ok ]
What should i do? it's realy sux

You don't need to open port 80
Could be the ips in your config are wrong or the ones he is using in his host file post config for gs and ls also post his host file
