Class lists in freya small question

Hello,
i noticed that in freya in class lists you ve added kamael judicator and inspector classes, but my question is, are now safe to use, because in previous sql i saw written that it was dispabled cause of duplicate classes problem... ty

how can it be retail like? in retail judicator can be lvl 85? i dont get it. help plz how the hack can i disable judicator class to be chosable?
