According to the official website:

The six clan halls in the Town of Aden Also clan Leaders Give the Ability to ride a Wyvern.

I say this because I tried a while ago and did not see wyvern in Aden CHs. I do not know if it's fixed now, but just in case.

This official website is wrong - there are no wyverns for Aden CHs, verified on retail. Topic closed.
