Heart of Warding(Antharas Quest)BUG

This is my 1st thread on this forum btw srry my very bad english

here is my problem i do full antharas quest, his stats is alive all its ok
but heart of warding, doest work says you may not comfront anathras, step back.
antharas stat is ALIVE
quest DONE
pkey on INVENTORY.
what i have to do to solve this problmem? thanks everything else works fine.
