Interlude l2j server, skill problem

I want to make a L2j Interlude server but i have some problems.
I made server, i start it and it's all ok but when i try to use skill or atack mob i can't move (like a paralysis - i can't move, i can't hit etc.). In my personal computer server works perfectly but when i try on vps i have this problem. I try L2joneo and l2jfree package.

I try to install server from this file: http://www.l2jserver.com/nightly/index. ... terlude%2F
but datapack is crashed (in archive it's only one file - l2j-datapack that i can't unpack it).

try downloading and compiling it from svn

I have manualy compiled datapack but i have the same problem (when i actack mob i have somethink like paralysis or smth)

lol that mean vps have too low ram allocated or cpu
