Vitality Replenish Herb

Well, i turned auto loot of herbs
off but Vitality Replenish Herb is still auto loot.
Any ideas how to fix it ?

there is no inventory icon, drop icon for vitality herb
i guess its core side and if you turn it off your will not se it on the ground and in inventory

it's not about inventory...
Herbs never go to inventory unless you fuck smth up.
And afaik there is a drop icon for vit herb, it looks almost the same as herb of life. At least i'm quite sure that's how i saw it on retail a few times.

Vit herd does not go into your inventory on retail so no way you could of seen it

NO, i mean the looks an item has when it's on the ground.
