Silence skill with id:1064 don't block the use of "scroll of escape", "Blessed scroll of escape" and other Scroll, is a Bug?

Not sure how it works on retail, but afaik those should be blocked.

Maybe he used the skill as an admin/gm

Works with normal player too, just tested. Anyone can provide retail infos about how this should work?
