Skill Enchant function Disiable after Update from Ct2.3

Hi guys i have this L2J Server Version: 4407 and L2J Datapack Version: 7664, ( Epilogue )
After make update from CT2.3 to CT2.4 , the function skill enchant is disiable, the GM and players cant echant skill cuz when we try to use the new menu or bar to enchant, the skill take one box black and the option ENCHANT in the bar take Disiable or OFF.
WTF ??? I dont have any IDEA about this problem, maybe is te core, the pack, the client patch system ??
we are using rev. 152
I need help, is a BIG problem !!!!!

if you're using a system folder for g. final you will certainly have issues
enchant on epilogue freya can be accessed through ctrl+k -> dragging a coloured(not greyed) skill to the correct spot
if that simple action does not work for you then it is definately the client-side changes.

Install fresh copy of latest L2jServer and L2jDP and try to use skill enchantment function with same patch you using on Live server. If this still does not work, replace your system patch because it is bad.
For me, everything is working normally.
