Delay of some Skills

The Delay of Spirit of Phoenix, Eva's Will, Pain of Shillien... (skills 784, 786, 788) are retail?

The effect is of 60 seconds, and the skills have 15 seconds of Delay. The can buff himselfs always and after use the Flame Icon, Touch of Eva, Touch of Shillen... I think that it's abusive for Tanks.

yes, retail reuse is 15 seconds.

and the balance is when you use the others skills (785, 787, 789), they consume HP 1253 :P

so you can't abuse.

The Touch of Shillen have 40% of Vampiric Regeneration. Full Buff, this 1253 of HP it's a child sacrifice. I think that it's a overpowered skill.

Oh well that's just plain NCZ0ft stupidity...see there is no logic to be able to resist the "cancel" skills but being absolutely unable to resist steal of divinity by the all mighty kamaels :D ...on top of that...Steal's reuse and cast speeds are faster than cancel..you could say...great work NC...keep up the good work at destroying the game :D :D Tbh i don't see 1 class being able to kill a soulhound alone thus making it the only OPed char in game. It have UD, it have celestial it have steal it have nukes, short range skills 1 with lethal chance teleporting rushing AoE paralyze counter paralyze etc...basically it have everything :)

P.S: What NCZ0ft means and why it gets rewritten automatically :D

I believe that as people we should do something to decide if retail is something that is really good for us. These skills are written in their midst retail, rates, time buffs, etc. but destroy our system of play. Besides offering information on the operation of retail skills, we should to decide that even though a skill is retail, we do not want to destroy the balance. I already know that everyone in your server can do whatever he wants, but if we reach an agreement among all, on some skills such as Steal Divinity case or the Touch of Shilien, so they are not so abusive.

Retail is good, sometimes.

I'm guessing you're running a custom server, with NPC buffers and all the tralala right?

If that's the case... what about... customizing them too. :o
