just run LineageII.exe from game directory. this will clean up your system folder.

don't use the "kamael only/light armor/heavy armor" and such, those don't have textures anymore, use only the basic ones:
Sealed Ancient Cloak = 14603 unsealed = 14609
Sealed Holy Spirit's Cloak = 13893 unsealed = 13890
Sealed Knight's Cloak = 13686 unsealed = 13687
