Am using l2j Server last [Nightly]
in Sever Configuration Tool->Character there is Skill Reuse List [SkillId1,newDelayTime1;SkillId2,newDelayTime2... etc]: This for Reuse Skill Delay-time

i need the Herbs Reuse Delay-time but i didn't find it

i want herbs to be like this below image... see it please

:S, The Herbs are consumed when you pick up it.

no no... some servers u can't Reuse it before 10 seconds and other servers u can Reuse it instantly

help please
