This debuff when lands you can't take it off it say is for 1 min but never ends.

for me working fine, no criticals, so... update your client properly.

working fine too, and you can't clean "Heroic Grandeur" debuff, is retail like...
other way you need to change...
<set name="canBeDispeled" val="false" /> to true
