Clanhall after wipe

After i wiped the server and cleaned tables how its supposed. i added again clanhalls.sql (execute sql file from navicat) but if i log in game at auctioneer i dont see any clanhall available.
If i go to admin panel at clanhalls i see all clanhals free.
Give me support plz
cuz players want to buy clanhalls. Ty
