Fly to Location

Hello, I adapted the server packet Fly To Location to Interlude and applied the patch to Antharas skill (4107, Antharas Stun, that with thail hitting). Actually, it works, but rarelly! I have to stay in an exact area behind his tail, not much far or close, can't stay beside or even under it otherwise I won't be throwed.
I searched the code, tried several modifications but nothing seems to change it
I would like to know how to make it works better, staying inside of an effect area not just in a point where 1 in 10 players will be throwed up away.
I also thought that the skill weren't working (the effect wasn't affecting me), but I increased the power a lot and it never changed. I added the ThrowUp effect in common skills, like Aura Flare to test and worked the same way, even if the skill worked in the other char, wasn't any position that would throw up him.
If needed, I can post my patch for you to see...
