Is there anyway to disable Cyrillic characters in chat?

ask nzs0ft. or make your NA client blocked for patching.
NA client have Russian characters since Gracia part 1. they test it on offs...so many shit was maked while it was turned on
but they some why don't add letter "ё" - why
i dont know, but i find solution in way which wont to discuss here
