RB is bad agr.

I am also wondering about a raidboss problem.
Raidbosses are all like baium now. It's hard to aggro them since they move back and forth from the tank to other players. This makes it extremely difficult to raid them. Does anyone know why it is like that and how to change it to become like in gracia final?
