I have a server and 81 skills don't add automatically(Yes i have auto learn skills).
For example : At level 81(or over 81+) i don't receive Seven Arrow ... I need to add it manually from GameMaster .
What i need to do ?

These skills can be learned through the Forgotten Scrolls only if it's retail-like.
