Ok here goes. JDK 6 18 but yet i'm receiving a "java" is not recognized as an internal or external command. operable program or batch file.
Vista 64x platform, latest updates, mysql 5.1 with the correct path, I've never had this problem until I returned and tried using the latest nightlies. Everything else has always worked.
I cannot get past this issue even with the JDK for vista 64x platform, updates and proper configuration, username root password = password, setup in server prop and login prop, setup in mysql instance as well.
What gives?
Also I cannot get past the login screen with a wan ip addressed in the server prop and login prop. Using the live client, not pts.
This server is not behide a router, modem to server, and is not blocked by the firewall, which i've turned off for testing purposes.
