It is not present in skill_trees.sql

In GM panel there is no it skill

1. target the player to who you want to add the skill
2. //add_skill 821 1

janiii you don`t know where is power of this skill ? i want to change power to 100% remove target, i used shadow step on retail 100 times and target never resisted ...
