I didn't find this quest in my DataPack, someone can give me more information about this quest?

It seems she still is not working...

all I know about is here:

Liane (32222) don't give this quest to kamael race users. They have 2+ sub-classs over 76+ level and Inspector profession 76+ level, but( npc don't give quest on Judicator job..)
