[HELP] About Apella and Clan Oath

Recently i get an apella Set for me(Heavy) and a clan partner use a clan oath light, the problem happens in the relog, because every time you log in, the set is unequiped and there is than re-wear it.
And the other thing is if the Apella Set can Be Upgraded en L2j.

The Buff "The power of Apella" isn`t change de Critical Rate how must, only give to me the Mdef, up 30 points, but the critical rate don`t up.
IF someone can test it and tell me how much is increased the critical rate i`ll be grateful.

Madef: 820 with buff change to 856.
