I have 1 server running now
but using L2J and L2JDP oldest revision
i want to update with newest Revision download from Nightly
same gracia Final

how to upgrade this ?
my old server have a lot of custom mod
like custom buffer, enchant skill, gmshop, global gatekeeper, farm area etc

upgrade just overwrite a Datapack and SQL ?

you need to store those customs of yours either in .diff patches, or in a folder/archive, so that you could apply them anytime you want, in case something happens
sql update is the least problem, if you upgrade from t2.3 to t2.3 just newer revision, you shouldn't have any problems
but copying core/dp over existing files will make your settings disappear and many, if not all, customs as well
