I have compiled the epilogue pack installed successfully but
1.my inventory is empty with admin acc and a plain char,I create item I read that i have it but its not in inventory
2.Admin gm shop is incomplete only a few items and if i buy an item i get kicked from game(gm informed for illigal action) has anyone else the same problem or is it just me and if,how do i fix it
and last how can i see the new epilogue mobs are ther any IDs?

i think something went wrong when you installed the SQL tables

did you change min and max protocol revision in server.properties?

protocol is set to min/max 148 if i leave it at 146 as is i can not log in i get wrong protocol version
and i installed sql files twice

Update your client!

Latest client protocol is 146, but somehow first epilogue clients protocol was 148. Between the two client there was some packet changes, our server version not support the 148 protocol.
