How can I activate the underground coliseum event? i get full pt i go to npc Coordinator.. i press on Register team and its saying that I cant make the team alone and im with full pt..

second q : how can I make all players around me Flagged..

third Q : how can I make some area combat zone ...

any commands bout these?
