message before log in

Hi again,
which client file is for the char log in.
i mean when i press start button, i want to add a message if this char is in jail. i know the commands to do it but i do not know which file to edit

no client modding. but server files that are connecting with clients . i want to know where is the file that when you press enter he logs you

yeah but in enterword file char is login in the word right?
so he will not receive a message in the char selection screen

and whats point of disallow enter player in jail? his jail time do not decrease until isn't logged in...

he just wants to notify the player, not disallow him to enter..

i can work in enterworld for many things this is not my problem.
messages in game are very easy to be added. but in selection i do not know.
i saw a serve with a message thats why i would like to know the coding way
