Вот гляди, когда я заряжаю глада или тиранта до 8 лвла заряда, и узаю скилл дальше - он как бы заряжает, но лвл не поднимается - с этим всё в порядке. Я имею ввиду, как сделать чтобы когда достигнут максимальный лвл заряда, скилл не юзался, а просто в систем чате выскакивало сообщение, что достигнуто максимальное значение!?

Im saying the same thing... Right now at l2j you can spam the skill even if you reach the max forces, but on retail you cant use the skill if the forces is on max level.
