I have searched the forums .. found this but it didnt worked
So i m requesting some working Pvp Reward System ( no level limit )
Please share some.

Hi Negat1ve,
A PvP system is not as hard to code (at least a basic system). Just have to follow these recommendations.
1.- Look into the net.sf.l2j.gameserver.model.actor.instance.L2PcInstance.java
2.- Look for the
increasePvpKills() function.
3.- Insert the statements you need into that function.
