[Help]Auto Event

hi
little help i no how to set up auto event in ms but i want to make time on it like tvt wil start add 12.00.00 and 14.00.00 etc
'xxx', 'xxxx', 'TYPE_SHEDULED', '0', '5400000', '5400000', 'xxxx' this in ms
5400000 is param1 and param2 if i want to set it bij time like 12.00.00 must it be in param1 and 2 ?? or 1 empty
