olympics NPC buffer is not giving buffs

There is no support for other server builds than the official provided by l2jserver.com

how to make the npc that gives buffs in olimpics to give the buffs ?

Cause i have done all and it isnt working >.<

Is your pack/core up to date? I just ran my test server, started an olympiad battle and i get buffs without any kind of problems.
When the rich wage war, its the poor who die.
