Cristalize dwarf problem?

A Dwarf of my server (lvl 43, bounty hunter) doesnt have the cristalization's icon. Because that, he cannot cristalize =)
Thank you very much, and Im very noob to L2j and gracia. Maybe it's a game default?

the dwarf needs to learn all skills (or at least 2 specific of them)
