Server not rebooting from in game

I get this exception and the server does not reboot from in game

GM: GrimReaper(268503860) issued shutdown command. restarting in 60 seconds!
GM shutdown countdown is over. restarting NOW!
All ThreadPools are now stoped
GM restart received. Restarting NOW!
Exception in thread "AWT-Windows" java.lang.IllegalStateException: Shutdown in p

Could someone please tell me how to fix this?

could not be reproduced. so if you could somehow give more info about your server setting.
does it happen always, on every gm char?
how do you start the server? your startGameServer file..

or maybe you find something on forum, try to search for that awt error.

In GM panel, any GM just goes to admin panel, shutdown and 60 secs to restart
Server does not restart. I see this error

It did restart before I updated :(

I also waited a long time and nothing

from which revision to which revision did you update? did you also change something else (like the startGameServer file parameters, or the database, or installed other java version or something else with OS)
what about that "I also waited a long time and nothing" - did the error appear or not? or what did you wait for? was the server saving the item lists (after saved grandboss data)?
