Hi. I set up my first server, in a while. I used to have one a while back, but it wasn't on a network. I never had to play with the port forwarding and local IP addresses.

So, I got the server setup. I launch the login and game servers.

From another computer, I can connect to the login server. But when I try to enter Bartz, it does nothing. It sits on the login server.

I have port forwards for 7777, 2106, 9014, 3306, 80.

My login and game servers are on the same computer. My computer sits on local IP 192.168.0.101. In gameserver properties, I just use the default * for IP addresses. In login server, I use my WAN IP address for external, and for internal, I use 192.168.0.101.

Any suggestions?


Windows Firewall is off.

I'm using D-Link WBR-1310 router. Are there any options I might have to change in the router, besides port forwarding?

Probably your router forwards ports with its own Internal IP, so try to set in login config RouterHostname to your router Internal IP.

Ok, I got it logging into the game server now. The game server IP's had to be the same as my login server, I couldn't leave them on the default *.
