Manor Manager problem

Hi all,
I am not sure this is the right place to post, so sorry if I am wrong.
I am a problem: The Manor Manager. I click on "Purchase seed" but the list of seed is empty... why? How can i fix the manor manager?

Castle owners should define seed list and price. Search somewhere in internet guides how to setup manor, or later you will have same problems with production

But, you don't have a solution? The list of Merchant depend from L2J and so isn't in my database. So... can i modify the sell list? :O

Uhhh so... when i come back at home i try to conquist with my PC (i'm the admin) the Giran Castle... after i should decide the price of the seed, and the seed list... it's ok?

Solution for what ? This is not gameguide forum
There are many good guides for manor setup in the internet, just search.
