Random Error: Crashes Server.

lately i have been experiencing some random gameserver crashes which i haven't been able to solve myself...
error:
the idea is that the where the NoClassDefFoundError points at changes everytime the error occurs so it isn't related to that paticular serverpacket but to smth else... witch i can't figure out
any idea's or help is welcome.
