Custom transformId?

Hello folks! After a few rough attempts and some learning, I finally have l2j up and running, and I am learning a lot. I've been trying to learn more about the transform skills but I haven't been able to dig up much on the basics, and so I am still unable to determine if one can build a new transform skill that sets the player to a different mesh than the ones currently in the transform skills. Hopefully that's not a client-side thing.

Maybe transform isn't the best approach to this, but with the polymorph, it seems the player can never see the mesh they have placed upon them. Any thoughts, pointers, ideas and such would be welcome.
