What about enchanting..

When try to Enchant Weapon or Armor with "Scroll: Enchant Weapon" and "Scroll: Enchant Armor" enchant fail with system message "does not fit stengthening conditions of the scroll"

What are you trying to enchant?

Sounds like your trying to enchant an item that is not made to be enchanted or using the wrong type of enchant.

Any weapon or Armor..
