Support for Account Manager

I have this same problem at WAMP..
I click create account, it will add to database but at IE or Firefox I see "Server close connection" or "Server didn't responding"
When I try to log this or other (created before, auto by client) I see this same information..

I'm testing this ACM with Windows Server 2003 R2 SP2 x64, using the SMTP from IIS.

but when I try to recover a account with ACM, I get to following message...

Hello i have a problem with acm i have setup it ok i think when i try install.php all his looks ok! i create account successfully but i can't login Neither the game or Neither the account manager, even when i try activate the account his say me the activation code isn't correct. can you help me please

Dropcalc works fine. But there i have problem here logs and settings

also. i get sometimes on ligin or refresh - 502 Bad Gateway. If i delete cookies and refresh - all ok. then again

The thing is that i set it to 755 and it still had problems (before i replied here) now i setted it to 777 and everything is fine, but 777 isn't bad for security?

cache just for less load for server) and rapid interface . it can be safely set to 777

It's pretty strange but when i create a new account the access level is setted to -1 and yes, the config to request for activation through e-mail is disabled.

I'm using interlude and the config using interlude is enabled.
