i cant play in my server.. gameguard problem

yes.. i run the server on my home pc.. my os is windows 7 ultimate edition 64bit...

now i cant try with a friend.. but i try on my pc.. it is the same.. i cancel nprotect.lineage2.com 66.240.255.107 from the host.. no gameguard error.. but when i login and i select the server i read this message.. "you have been disconnected from the server.please login again"
and bottom of the page "your protocol version is different.please continue"

look at the screens... u use the High5 client.. but u dint have a high5 server. right? thats why u got the error: different protocol version is different.

u cant login to the actual server with a high 5 client.

hight fife??? i have freya 2nd trone.. it is hight five? and.. what can i do? where i can find the freya client??

GG 101:

legal way:
The GG files that most server use are the official working GG files from interlude/kamael.
"without the thermidia hostfile check"
"only allowed for testing purposes 127/localhost"

the well known hostline.

extra GG checks:
Clients can be forced to disconnect when the bypass this
"not detected by l2net and some apps"

Note:
L2j devs have changed the setting to False, because some people had problems with GG/clients back then.
"the reason was they "official" added extra checks in thermidia for hostfile changes,aka private servers"

Not legal way:
Use a modded dsetup.dll file knows as NOGG made by fyrre.
editing the l2.ini and using a old GG rev from private hosted servers.

But your problems lays with the high five client
"probaly you updated the client with the l2launcher"
thats why you cant go further then the login screen.
"login console should say different protocol .... "

best is to use clean Freya 2nd throne client or lastest uptodate freya 2nd throne.
"do not use l2launcher at this point , you would get high five"

Clean install is easy to find installers > i would recommend gamershell.
uptodate lastest freya client 2nd throne is bit harder to find,because most only have the system file.
"most updates also adjust animations/textures,what most people forget XD "

Dont know if system file only works or makes clients bugs/etc, so at own risk XD

hope has given you some knowhow.

Special note high five:
So far what i have heard is that Freya high five uses a newer rev GG, and is not usable/comppactible for home testing, so only leaving us to use the NOGG file,or different approach to connect.
