no i want to say if i disable or enable vitality on config files, result is the same , Vita stay on.. I think for example if i delete all Vitality config on config files, vita stay turned on .

Configuration files have no impact for vitality system on my server.. Strange no ?

Worksforme (tested on clean build). Check your custom changes.
