Modify an augmentation

Hi all ^^ I try to understand the augmentation system, but I can't, I like to add special augmentation to donator players, but I need to modify it in the sql, Can please explain how to modify an augmentation? I only know how to modify a skill, but in the game it dont change in the weapon information...

look in: data\stats\augmentation the xml files.
