Hi, i dont rly get whats going on but experience(LEVELING) doesnt work in my srv.i tried with clean core and database still nothing changed.. are there cases where exping doesnt work ?

EDIT : CLEAN CORE + DATAPACK + SQL FILES
still cant get exp

IS that a joke?????????? how the hell disabling quests would affect the leveling ?
