Has anyone noticed that in retail you can change Armor with macro without using /delay 1 but in l2j you need to give delay otherwise it will stuck and not change armor. does it has anything to do with floodprotection? thanks for help

Yes, the floodprotection disable some retail features.

Not tunable, you find in in packet handler.

Set FloodProtectorUseItemInterval to 0, it will make items and macro using items without delay retail-like.
