ok gyes, i am using the lates rev of l2jserver interlude (http://www.l2jserver.com/svn/branches/L2_GameServer_it/)
i am trying to find out how i can change the blessed enchant rate ... its not in the configs, so i have came looking in the core

i have looked in itemhandlers (enchantscrolls.java) and it seem not to help

any hints would help, thank you ^_-
