How to improve the rate of land debuff skill type but changing it in the core, not in the xml?

take a look at level depend code in formulas. it hasn't been updated in some time and after level 70 debuffs that rely on level depend starting getting ineffective.

Ok thank you, i will try to change it, because the land in many skills is very low enclosedly with 200 magic def and not buff.
