Escape Scrolls

Players can use Escape Scrolls (BSOE, SOE and maye other) though has been Silenced. Is normal state?

pls some retail player verify this on retail: can a silenced player use SOE scroll?

afaik only thing that prevents you from soe-ing is anchor/stunned/dead ^^

OK lock it. I Have retail info. SOE and Bsoe can be used when is player silenced. Can not be used when is player silenced by Raid.
