Geodata and doors

Post by Notorious »

If I have these settings:

GeoData = 2 (Full GeoData enabled)
CellPathFinding = True
ForceGeodata = True
CoordSynchronize = 2 (Intended for geodata)

Everything runs smoothly, except that one can get through doors, either by walking up to the door, and pressing forward-key, or clicking on some area behind the door far away. This is annoying.

Then I try with: CoordSynchronize = -1

Now, you can't get through doors anymore, but if you dualbox and run around in a catacomb, the chars on follow will get stuck very easily when going round corners.

Is there someway to make CoordSynchronize = 2 not allow someone going through doors?
Or make CoordSynchronize = -1 handle chars on follow better?

I think the problem lies in the z-coordinate.

Thanks for any input!

How is the follow in catacombs?
I think I tested it, and had same problems with follow, that they get stuck in a wall after a few seconds of running around corners.
