Hellou , is there any way how to make Valakas working without any quest and waiting ? How can i make him fighting if i spawn him somewhere ?

1 - remove valakas disabled attack in AI. (search the modification in trac/timeline)
2 - create a custom script to spawn and manage the valakas respawn. (use a boss AI script like reference).

Don't you know how do that? give up you mighty can ruin you server.
