STS insane m.atk!

There are Storm Screamers with ~20k -30 m.atk even more who knows (from buffs, elem. attrib, Empowering Echo 25%, DYES and more).
What can be done, any fix or something?
I want to nerf a little this STS creature. Is it possible? Thanks.

You can:
Decrease the +X% M.Attack from buffs, passives...
Decrease the outcome damage from the magical attacks...
Add M.Def to the rest of classes...

Just some ideas.

In server core, file name or I need some special and custom java code?

or this simple one (but idk if it is recommended) "Decrease Empowering Echo from 25% to 15%" and all mages has been nerfed

Look inside the Forumlas.java at the function calcMagicDam, there you can tweak how the magic damage works.
